Based on user feedback, we’ve added additional audit logging data to track changes in user and user group permissions. The log will now show any changes in permission, who made them, and what the change was.
For Amazon Connect CTI sites, you can now populate your ContactAttributes into CS screenpops for Tasks as well as for Phone and Chat. Using this feature along with custom inbound email processing, allows for screenpops to be generated from form emails (eg from webforms). Use cases include appointment setting and callback requests from your website – all without the agent ever needing to process emails. This release also resolves a limitation that ContactId was not previously logged for Chat or Tasks.
Also in this release – emails will now show inline images in the Email Preview screen, and a bug has been resolved where a session timeout did not correctly redirect back to the login page.
