Audit Logs Enhancement
Additional information is now available in audit logs to track permission changes. The system now documents any changes in permission, who made them, and what the change was — giving administrators full visibility into access control history.
Amazon Connect ContactAttributes for Tasks
Amazon Connect CTI users can now populate ContactAttributes into screenpops for Tasks alongside Phone and Chat. This functionality enables screenpops generated from form emails without agent email processing.
The update addresses use cases like appointment scheduling and callback requests from websites. Additionally, ContactId logging has been fixed for Chat and Task interactions.
Email Display Improvements
Two refinements were made to email handling:
- Inline images now display within email preview rather than as attachments
- A session timeout bug that prevented proper redirection to the login page has been resolved
