The June release concentrated on a few quality of life features making it even easier for our users to get things done.

Case Screen Responsiveness

The system was enhanced to refresh the case screen immediately upon initial selection, eliminating the need to manually trigger a search function. A small change that makes a big difference in daily workflow.

Enhanced Coalesce Functionality

The screenpop coalesce action received expanded options for combining data from multiple fields:

  • Users can now suppress field labels entirely
  • Empty fields can be excluded from display
  • Greater flexibility for scenarios where multiple fields are consolidated into one

Amazon Connect Missed Call Handling

Amazon Connect CTI users gained automatic missed call acceptance capability. When calls timeout after 20 seconds, the platform can automatically clear notifications without manual intervention — configurable up to 10 times.

Email Improvements

Several email-related fixes were deployed:

  • Restored inline image display as attachments
  • Resolved permission errors when composing emails from inbox
  • Enhanced error messaging for bulk messages with invalid addresses
  • Enabled manual screenpops for inbound email campaigns

Search & Contact Enhancements

  • Fixed contact search for the “Street” field
  • Corrected default contact columns to eliminate duplicate “Last Name” display
