This release contains a relatively small number of updates — and the exciting reason is that our team has been hard at work preparing for CSAX, a major new version we look forward to sharing soon.
Queue Log Enhancements (Amazon Connect)
- New outbound call logs tab displaying clickable lists of outbound calls for easier callbacks
- Links with contact lists to display contact names
- Current tab now excludes completed calls (moved to historic tab)
Terminology Update
The platform has renamed “Account Contact” to “Address Book” across multiple interfaces:
- Account settings screen
- Import dialog
- Dial pad screen
Dial Pad Improvements
- Added new Contacts tab enabling contact searches alongside address book functionality
- Deprecated legacy Internal tab (legacy CTI integrations only)
Amazon Connect CTI Updates
- Automatic monitoring and re-login for forced SSO/SAML session expiry
- Fixed Amazon Connect Task Alerts to correctly display incoming email preview details
