ContactSuite’s initial 2024 release is a focused update with additional features anticipated in February.

Migration Enhancement

The team refined the process for upgrading to the newest ContactSuite Email version while maintaining backward compatibility. Users can still search complete email body content from messages sent through either of the two previous email platforms — ensuring a smooth transition with no loss of historical data searchability.

Bug Fix: Condition/Action Execution

A narrowly-scoped issue was resolved that occasionally prevented Condition/Action Actions from executing properly. The problem occurred in specific scenarios involving chained External Data Lookup (EDL) steps — instances where one EDL operation (such as a phone lookup) triggered additional EDL calls (retrieving customer information or historical records).
