This release encompasses several significant enhancements and new features for ContactSuite.
Dialpad CTI Integration
The standout feature is full integration with Dialpad’s calling platform. The system now integrates Dialpad’s mini-dialer right into the ContactSuite screen. Support includes:
- Inbound and outbound calling
- Screenpop capabilities
- Caller ID selection for outbound queues
- User state display
- Do Not Disturb functionality
Screenpop Designer Improvements
Multiple enhancements were introduced:
- Ability to assign default values to dropdown fields
- Support for “make required” action on radio button controls
- Field validation testing within the screenpop preview
- Real-time “as you type” validation for faster user feedback
External Data Lookups & Processing
Visual refinements were made to External Data Lookups, including improved “Processing” messaging that prevents unnecessary panel expansion when returning single results.
Document Management
The system now supports rotation of PDF files and image attachments.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
- SenseIQ table rendering issues resolved
- SSO login redirection corrected
- Session disconnection error messaging fixed
- Outbound campaign statistics refinements for daily list rebuilds
- Case sorting improvements
