There are a relatively small number of updates in the latest CS release, and the exciting reason for this is that our next major update (Officially CSAX) is right around the corner!
For AmazonConnect “Queue Log” users, we now support outbound call logs as a new tab in the Queue Log screen – this will show a (clickable) list of outbound calls made making it easier to call people back again. The list also links with contact lists to show names. Also for queue log users, we’ve made a change to the “current” tab to remove all completed calls – which can now be found on the “historic” tab.
For all users, we’ve renamed “Account Contact” to “Address Book” be consistent with how this is shown on screenpops. You’ll find this new naming on the Account setting screen:

The dialpad screen now also allows you to search for contacts as well as the address book in a new tab called “Contacts”. The “Internal” tab has been deprecated as this was only used in legacy CTI integrations.
Also for Amazon Connect CTI users:
– CS will now monitor for forced SSO/SAML session expiry, and can automatically re-login if the user is still active.
– Bugfix – Amazon Connect Task Alerts for incoming emails now correctly show email preview details.
