Our first release for 2024 is quite small (with a few new features to come in February). This month, we’ve made improvements to allow migration to the latest version of ContactSuite Email whist retaining the ability to search for full email bodies for emails that were delivered via one of the two earlier email solutions.
We’ve also fixed a small bug that in some narrow use cases prevented “Condition/Action” Actions from triggering correctly. This could occur where a number of EDL (External Data Lookup) steps had been chained together – for example where the result of one EDL (such as a phone number lookup) caused one or more further EDLs to be triggered (retrieval of customer history or details records).
