How does ContactSuite AX per-agent pricing work?
ContactSuite AX pricing is based on the number of concurrent agents using the platform. You can add or remove agents at any time, and you'll only be billed for active users. Changes are reflected in your next billing cycle.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, for both products you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle. There are no lock-in contracts on any standard plan.
